5. Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed according to your selected subscription terms. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

TravelExpense and its software, branding, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service during an active subscription.

7. Data ownership and processing

You retain ownership of your business data. We process data only to provide, maintain, and secure the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available and secure, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Planned maintenance and emergency changes may affect access.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, non-payment, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time and request account closure.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our liability is limited to direct damages up to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
